Terms and Conditions

We only accept size exchanges. Any request for color and style exchange will not be accepted.​

Customized items cannot be exchanged. This includes the Luisa Dress on mix n’ match.​

No returns and exchanges will be accepted for white linens due to hygienic reasons.​

Our largest size is large with measurements as described on our sizing chart. In any case, large doesn’t fit you, we can no longer accept return and exchange unless you’d wish to have your item customized to your size for a custom fee.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyers shall shoulder the cost of shipping for both ways.

Refund will only be accepted for damaged items identified as seller's liability. Any damage or loss as a result of handling will be covered by the 3rd party courier's insurance policy

Items for exchange must be returned within 7 days upon receipt. We reserve the right to, in our discretion, refuse the exchange if the item's condition is no longer acceptable.

As our items are on made-to-order, same standard production lead time of 5-7 business days shall be applied for the exchange of the item.
